Prime whole brisket seasoned and smoked, ready to gently heat and serve.
Just for Easter we are selling our whole USDA Prime brisket . The highest quality beef , point and flat, rubbed with a simple dry rub then lovingly smoked for 14 hours over cherry wood. We then chill and vacuum pack so it is ready for you to pop in the oven for a brief reheat.
Serves 12-16 hungry people with an average weight cooked of 8 lbs.
Easter only with free local delivery on April 2 and 3.
